Warranty

Every HALO includes a 2-year limited warranty from the delivery date.

What's covered

• Display defects — dead pixels, brightness failure, screen faults
• Electronics — power, connectivity, firmware-related hardware faults
• Sealing — water ingress under normal use (HALO is IP69 rated)
• Housing — manufacturing defects in the CNC aluminum unibody

What's not covered

• Physical/impact damage, collision, vandalism
• Damage from incorrect wiring outside the supplied method
• Cosmetic wear from normal use

How to claim

Email support@revmode.co with your order number and a short video of the issue. We'll troubleshoot over email first (most issues are fixed with an OTA update), and replace the unit if it's hardware.
