After delivery — 30-day money-back

Try HALO for 30 days from delivery. Not for you? Email us for a return authorization, send it back in its original packaging, and we'll refund the full purchase price once received. Return shipping is on us for defective units; otherwise buyer covers return postage.

Defects & DOA

If your unit arrives damaged or dead, we replace it — shipping both ways on us. Just send photos/video with your order number.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
